oblivion

I fell into oblivion
I began to walk in the corridor of darkness
I saw the light at the very end
Just as I was about to run towards the light
I began to hear voices
They all sounded sorrowful
They are saying “please open your eyes”
“please don’t leave me”
“please come back to us”
I was filled with confusion
First of all, my eyes were open
I couldn’t see the people talking
Where am I going back to?
Should I walk towards the light?
And see all the beauties it has to offer
Or should I walk back into the darkness
And save those people out of their misery
