school stress

Stress is simply a reaction to a stimulus that disturbs our physical or mental equilibrium. In other words, it's an omnipresent part of life. A stressful event can trigger the “fight-or-flight” response, causing hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol to surge through the body.
there said learning is supposed to fun, but that's not the case here. we are being bombarded with work. they said they are building us for the future,  personally I think they are taking out their frustration on us(the situation of the country is hard), and they have the opportunity to express their power, since we came to learn and they have the power to determine if we graduate or not, they are determined to make us suffer for knowledge(its supposed to be fun remember). but then we  are not in kindergarten anymore. "but if god got us we gon be alright"
