Beauty and the beast

She ran to take her sit
Just before the movie starts
Her eyes glued to the screen
The cutest thing I've seen in a while
Frustrated with how long they sang
Anxiously waiting has the story began
Trying to find the deeper meaning to the movie
This is different from the people I've been meeting
And God when she talked about music
And  how she felt about harmonies
It's one of the greatest feeling
To watch her talk while I listened
It's funny how she gasps and screams
To the thrills of the movie
Ironic that I'm sitting beside this beauty
While I could totally relate to the beast

Whispers

Whispers all around
The ambulance blazing through the crowd
Someone is in trouble
Someone needs help
We bring out our bibles
We don't want another dead
Wishes do come true, don't  they?
Well they never do
Silence hovering around
As her soul floats through the cloud
But I wonder what must have gone through her mind
Was death and escape from the pain
Or just a way to stop her from being great
I hope she was loved
I hope she didn't harbour hate
And now that sadness reigns
I hope one day someone smile when they hear her name

Angelic voice

It's a cold still morning
All I have are flashes of past miseries
Walking, trying to foget the pain
Laughing, hoping it won't hurt  again
And there you are
With that angelic voice
Oozing out the melodies of the gods
Having no idea that I'm watching
But god,  are you captivating
Other guys will walk up to say  hi
But I'll rather stay and watch you smile
Cos to you, singing is fun
To you singing is joy
I'm not sure if thats what singing makes you feel
But to me your voice gives me a reason to live

Me and the moon

Its Just sitting right there
In between the big dark sky
While the city lights kills the shining of the stars
It's just there illuminating the dark.
Oh how I long to be like you
Oh ye magnificent moon
Cos like you I'm lost in the darkness 
And my stars don't seem to be shining bright
Like you I want to turn this darkness into my stage
Turn this pain into something great
Oh moon,  I adore and envy you
Cos you single handedly made the night cool and beautiful .

Into the system it's being driven

Alive but doubt if he's still living

You shouldn't even be doing it
It will destroy you
They try to convince him
But what do you tell a man?
Whose reality is a nightmare
And intoxicating is an escape from hell
What do you tell a man?
That wants to die
 but hasn't come to terms with the idea of being dead

Cold night
Chilly skies
Frosty stars
Under our blanket
Or with the warmth of our partners
We try not to freeze
With the heat of our homes
